I would suggest trying a book such as ‘Brain Lock’, available on Amazon – go through the exercises there, as a starter. If you want a helping hand to guide you through it, I would try going to your doctor and asking to be referred to a psychologist who specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for your specific condition.
